In the digital era, maintaining efficient and reliable network infrastructure is crucial for organizational success. Network Load Balancing (NLB) plays a pivotal role in this context, ensuring optimal performance and availability of network services. This paper explores the impact of NLB on organizational efficiency and managerial decision-making in digital enterprises. By examining various NLB strategies and their implications on performance metrics, this study provides insights into how technical optimizations influence strategic management decisions. Experimental data are analyzed to support the findings, highlighting the importance of integrating NLB strategies into organizational frameworks. The research not only focuses on performance improvement but also considers cost-effectiveness and scalability, providing a comprehensive view of how NLB can support long-term business and management goals. The findings underscore the significance of adaptive NLB strategies in sustaining high service levels, minimizing operational risks, and enhancing decision-making processes through real-time data analytics and monitoring.
